Privacy notice

What we do with your email address

This notice covers the waitlist on this site and nothing else. It does not cover how customers use Korra itself, which is a separate relationship with its own contract.

Who the controller is

Korra Systems Ltd. Contact for everything in this notice, including a deletion request: dario@korra.systems.

What we collect

• The email address you type into the form.
• The name and company name you type into the form.
• The language of the page you signed up on, so we reply in that language.
• The time of the signup.

We do not ask for a phone number. If you write one in a reply to us, that becomes ordinary correspondence.

Why we process it, and on what basis

The only purpose is to contact you about the waitlist: to tell you when your place opens and to arrange setup. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time, with one email, and you do not have to give a reason.

We do not use the address for a newsletter, we do not add it to any marketing list, and we send no automated messages.

Where the data sits

Nowhere on this site. A signup is not stored in any database: it passes through the site and reaches us as an email. From there it lives in our mailbox, like any other business correspondence. The site is hosted in the EU region.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Signup data is not sold, traded or passed to third parties for marketing. We use two processors: the site hosting provider and the email sending provider.

How long we keep it

For as long as the founding places program runs, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. When the program ends, correspondence with those who did not become customers is deleted.

Your rights

• Access: you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Rectification: if something is wrong, we correct it.
• Erasure: write to us and it is deleted, with no questions asked.
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, effective going forward.
• Complaint: you can complain to your national data protection authority. Ours is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.

We answer requests within 30 days, usually much sooner. Send them to dario@korra.systems.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no advertising scripts.
